By Martti Sirkkola, Producer:
Despite we are all schoolmates, we knew that it would be a challenge to build a strong team-spirit within the crew because “most of the work is done alone with a computer.” We wanted to commit everyone and we wanted that everybody knows what the rest of the team is doing. The solution was to have a weekly meeting throughout the whole project.

We sit down every week and talk what has happened since the last meeting. Normally after school so that everyone is able to attend. We try to keep the time and the place the same.
These meetings are not the place to make big decisions. Those are being made in smaller groups depending on what the issue is. The decisions need to be done where the knowledge is.
After the meeting we (the producers Robert and Martti) let everybody know what was discussed. We have another blog only for the crew where we post the record of the previous meeting and everyone can comment on the posts. That way the discussin keeps on going and nothing gets forgotten!
Do you mind if I quote you on my website if I link back to your website?
Feel free to quote
It would sure be nice to be linked back
